Assignment of Unit(s)
All condos within this development are currently available for Assignment. This means that as the Holder of the Contract for a specific unit, you retain the right to transfer or assign ownership of that property to another Buyer. This assignment process will adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in the original Promise of Sale Agreement that you initially entered into.
Importantly, when assigning your unit, you have the flexibility to set the selling price at or above the current list price for a comparable unit with the same square footage within the development. This allows you to potentially benefit from any market appreciation or value increases that may have occurred since your original purchase.
