Payment Structure

Deposit Schedule:

Option 1:

  • 30% down payment due upon signing of the Promise to Sell Agreement

  • Monthly payments thereafter

  • Remaining balance due upon closing and transfer of ownership of the property

Option 2:

  • 60% down payment due upon signing of the Promise to Sell Agreement

  • Remaining 40% balance due upon closing and transfer of ownership of the property

  • Buyer shall receive a 5% discount on the list price

Option 3:

  • 100% payment due upfront

  • Discount to be discussed in person
