1. Choose Your Ownership Percentage

You can purchase:

  • 50% ownership

Each share represents legal participation in a specific condo unit within the W2Q development.

2. W2Q Manages the Asset

Once construction is complete, W2Q oversees:

  • Short-term rental operations

  • Guest management

  • Maintenance and upkeep

  • Financial reporting and distributions

This allows owners to remain hands-off while still benefiting from the property’s performance.

3. Earn While You Own

Your ownership share entitles you to:

  • Rental income, distributed proportionally

  • Market appreciation, realized upon sale or exit

Distributions are made quarterly once rental operations are active.

Owner Usage Benefits

Partial ownership also includes personal usage rights.

  • 10% ownership: up to 15 days per year

  • 25% ownership: up to 45 days per year

  • 50% ownership: up to 90 days per year

There are no blackout periods.
Owner stays are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Other owners have first right of refusal

  • If declined, the share may be sold externally

  • W2Q facilitates the process

Agreement Extensions

Six months prior to the end of the term, owners may:

  • Agree to extend the program

  • Or proceed with a unit sale if no unanimous agreement is reached

Fees & Program Structure

  • Annual management fee: 1%

  • Appreciation participation (management): 10%

  • HOA and maintenance fees apply proportionally based on unit type
