About Quacon Construction
Luis Mata established Quacon Construction 11 years ago.
The Quacon team of engineers & architects has a combined 25 years of experience in the construction industry, civil works, designs, earthworks & steel structures both nationally & internationally.
The experience ranges from urban development, multi-family homes, and apartments, to tourism construction.
To add to his credits, Luis is also the Director of the Tourism Building for Puerto Plata.
